Fees
$150 Initial intake
$130/per session after intake (beginning 1/1/2022)
Insurance contracted rates apply for BCBS, Aetna and regular Medicare.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $50 late cancel fee.

Insurance Information
I accept regular Medicare , Aetna and BC/BS. (Although some BC/BS plans carve out their behavioral benefits to other networks, so check with your plan.) I would be an out-of-network provider for other insurances. However most insurance companies offer partial reimbursement for therapists that are not within their network of providers. I recommend checking with your insurance carrier to determine your out of network benefits. You may wish to consider some of the following questions:
Do I have mental health coverage?
How much does my plan reimburse for an out of network provider?
What is my deductible? Has it been met?
Does my carrier require pre-certification for out of network providers?
If you are interested in utilizing out of network benefits, I will provide you with an invoice that contains all necessary documentation that insurance companies require to process your claim.
